Moorcroft Snowdrop Profusion 78/4

Across Britain, snowdrops pierce through the frosty soil, bringing the first sign of spring to gardens from early January, and yet it is when coupled with the dainty, five-petalled violet that a sensational profusion is born. And so, it is with this design.  From the hors d'oeuvre of snowdrops and violets on the lid to the stylised dance of these Spring icons on the pot itself. Traditional violets in shades of mauve-blue and white ascend to ephemeral wings to create Snowdrop Profusion.
