PAYMENT & VAT

We use Shopify Payments and WorldPay as our secure payment provider and accept most major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment via Paypal and Apple pay. 

We do not store any credit card information.

Due to the new credit card rules full payment is taken on receipt of your order unless an item is made to order, we can then charge a 30-50% deposit and contact you for the balance when we despatch the item to you. 

We aim to despatch most orders of in stock items within 3-5 working days.  If you require your item sooner, please contact Customer Services with your order number. 

Instalments

We offer Interest free payment options on many of our items, which we administer via WorldPay's Future Pay system and via Klarna. 

We take one payment as a deposit and then a further 2 monthly instalments.  

If you wish to pay via instalments, please contact Customer Service directly and they will set this up for you or select the Klarna option on the web site. Should you wish to cancel or amend your instalment plan please contact Customer Services for further information.

VAT

All our prices include standard UK VAT.  All prices are fixed, the price you see is the price you pay.
