DELIVERY & RETURNS

Postage Charges

Postage on UK orders is free for all orders £50 and over (some exclusions apply).  For orders up to £49.99, delivery is charged at £4.50.

Postage on overseas orders, excluding the Channel Islands, is included free of additional charge for all orders with a full UK retail price of over £100. For items below £100, we charge between £12 and £20 (country dependent).

Express shipping can be added to your order by one of our customer services team. This will cost an additional £7.00 for UK orders. Please contact us to request this.

Delivery

We do not part-ship items, once all of your order is ready, we will ship it to you.
Delivery time is dependent upon whether we have the item in stock at the time of ordering or if it has yet to be produced or finished in the factory. Please contact customer services on 01538 807 419 to check stock availability. 

We aim to ship all in stock orders within 3-5 working days. Please contact customer services if you require express shipping. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail, FedEx or DPD.

Customs and Duties 

For international deliveries, additional customs and duties may be payable on entry into a country. Goviers is unable to advise of these costs, and the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable import taxes. Customs may also inspect goods prior to delivery, which could cause delays that are outside of Goviers responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, or it is damaged, you can return it within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please note that some items that have been made to order for you will be exempt from this policy. We would ask you to call to clarify whether your item can be returned.

Returning an item:
Please call or email Customer Services as soon as possible, with your order number and address/contact details. We will then advise the returns procedure to send the item back to us and how to obtain your refund.

If the item is undamaged or no longer wanted the customer will be responsible for the cost of return. Goviers of Sidmouth Ltd, are not liable for any losses or damages during the returns process. Please keep hold of your proof of postage.

If your item is damaged or defective one of our customer services team will send you a pre-paid return label. Please email info@goviersofsidmouth.co.uk for more information. 

Refunds:
Once the item is returned and inspected a refund will be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your refund will normally be processed within 14 working days of receiving your return but may take slightly longer to appear in your bank account. If you are at all concerned, please contact Customer Services.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@goviers.co.uk and we will advise of the procedure to return your items to us and organise a replacement.
