Hi, when I made a phone enquiry about purchasing a gin and tonic tumbler, which had been out of stock, I was pleased to hear one was available, so placed an order straight away with my credit card. This was on a Friday, and paid for next day delivery…..despite on your website Thursday was given as last posting day of the week! When it arrived safely on the following day, I was delighted to see how well it was packed, due to its fragile contents. So full marks to you for excellent customer service and care. Thank you.
