This design captures eventide over Minsmere, as the final birds of the day make their way home to roost. Soft silhouettes and tranquil woodland tones evoke the peaceful stillness of dusk descending over the reserve,celebrating the quiet beauty of the natural world at the close of day.

The King Charles III England Coast Path is a 2,700-mile National Trail tracing the entire English coastline. Opened in March 2026, it passes through beaches, cliffs, coastal towns and ever-changing landscapes, offering greater access for walkers to experience the shoreline and its surrounding margins.

Inspired by the natural world and that sense of ‘fresh air therapy’, Emma has interpreted the eight sections of the path across eight individual pieces. From views directly along the trail to nearby coastal scenes, the varied beauty of England’s coastline is captured in ceramic form.
