Here is Goodwood in its racing glory days, where giant haystacks, canvas tents and the old airfield tower were a stone’s throw from the track, with no barriers from the speed and the noise. The field would have consisted of the iconic sports cars in sporting greens, tuxedo blacks, racing reds and the legendary Bugatti-Blues. Healeys, HRG’s and a Mycroft-Jaguars roared towards the chequered flag experiencing the raw heat of competition from the circuit.
