Pikachu and Eevee are two companions loved all over the world. Pikachu, known around the world for its electric abilities and its distinctive rounded silhouette and Eevee, known for its many evolutionary possibilities and its soft fur. In this limited edition of only 288 units, they appear seated on a ledge surrounded by leaves and flowers, as if pausing for a moment in the middle of an adventure.

To bring them into porcelain, we studied every detail carefully—proportions, gestures and volume. The process involves more than a thousand hours of specialized work in sculpting, technical development, ornamentation… Each form is divided into fragments to allow a faithful reproduction in porcelain: Pikachu is composed of fourteen parts and Eevee of eleven, from ears and limbs to tiny elements such as eyes, tufts and cheeks.

The scene is completed with the flowers and leaves around them, crafted entirely by hand, petal by petal. Soft pink, yellow, white and green tones blend with the glazes that define the setting. The colors stay true to each Pokémon’s identity: Pikachu’s bright yellows and vivid reds; Eevee’s cream and brown tones; and the green and toasted shades of the ledge. Details such as eyes and cheeks are enhanced with a light varnish that adds depth and vitality.

The result is a shared moment, captured in porcelain, where the Pokémon universe meets Lladró’s artisanal sensibility.
