Disappointed

I ordered the 12 days of Christmas Musical Mug and was very disappointed that there was nothing musical about it. I had ordered it expecting there would be some form of mechanism to play the tune. It was just a mug decorated with the symbols depicting the 12 days of Christmas. Not Jo to the usual high standard.
