Moorcroft Wood Warbler | Made to Order

The attractive but unobtrusive wood warbler, chosen by Vicky for her design, has bright yellow upper parts, throat and upper chest and white under parts. Despite being widespread in deciduous forest in Europe, particularly in the western oak woods of Wales, the species is on the RSPB’s Red List, meaning that they face severe decline and need urgent conservation action. The wood warblers of Vicky’s design, a limited edition of 25, sit on leafy oak branches, laden with plump acorns. Their beaks are wide open, letting the world know about their presence during the dawn chorus.
