Monday
to Saturday 9.00 to 5.30pm. We sometimes open from 10 - 4.30pm
on Bank Holidays.

are mail-order hours?
Monday
to Friday 9.00 to 5.30pm. The mail order office is usually staffed
on Saturday 9.00 to 5.30pm, however, you may need to leave a message
with the shop staff to pass on. Outside these hours please leave
a message on our answerphone & we will respond as quickly as possible
the next working day.

is the Govier's Paperweight Exchange?
A
service for collectors to sell old discontinued Royal Crown Derby
paperweights and to receive credit to spend with Govier's on current

| What
are the methods of payment?
We
accept all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express;
Debit cards: Switch and Visa Delta. Cheques drawn in a UK bank
in sterling made payable to 'Goviers of Sidmouth'.

| How
can I pay by instalments?
Usually
(depending on the item) we offer the option of paying with an
initial deposit followed by 3 monthly instalments. The initial
deposit can be paid by credit card, cheque or postal order when
the order is placed (by post or telephone). If paying by credit
card, the first and subsequent instalments will be charged on
(or nearest date to) the first of the month. If paying by cheque,
the first and subsequent instalments should reach Govier's before
the first of the month (cheques can be post-dated). Instalment
orders are subject to status and acceptance.

much is postage & packing?
Govier's
does not charge for postage & packing in the UK.

| I
am buying from outside the UK, what will the delivery cost be?

| How
long will I have to wait for my delivery?
Delivery
time is dependent upon whether we have the item in stock at the
time of ordering or it has yet to be produced or finished in the
factory. When you place your order, we will give an estimated
delivery time. WE USUALLY AIM TO DESPATCH
WITHIN 14-28 DAYS. PLEASE SAY IF AN ITEM IS NEEDED FOR A PARTICULAR
DATE. All parcels are sent Royal Mail Second Class post.

can I do if I am not satisfied with the items received?
Items
can be sent back within 28 days for a replacement or a refund.

High Street Sidmouth Devon EX10 8LN and include a covering letter
explaining why the item is not satisfactory.

This information is given in the form of regular mailings targeted
